Wallpapers Almost Ready & Other Update

We are progressing through the manufacturing process. They are currently working on the tooling process for the miniatures in the Emperor edition, which is the most lengthy part of the process.

Additionally, we are getting back on track with the artwork. We are also working on completing our desktop wallpapers. We expect to have those delivered to you by Christmas. Below is a sample of one of the wallpapers.

Quick October Update

Hello friends, Romans, countrymen!

It has been a while since our last update. We have had a rough couple of months with game production and personally. An artist was unable to deliver some updated custom artwork (we are scrambling to find another), our developer for Board Game Arena backed out, and we suffered a lightning strike that took down our entire network. We have also had covid make its way through our families, not to mention a few other health concerns that have come up.

The good news is we are getting new artwork in, our network and computer equipment are back up and running, and everyone is healthy and generally no worse for the wear. We are working on updating our timeline now. We hope to bring in extra help and not stray from our original delivery date. Once we have an updated schedule from our vendors, we will provide an updated and more detailed schedule.

Here is another custom card art that was created for the Laticlavius! More to come soon.

Hello friends, Romans, countrymen!

Wow! We are already in August! We are continuing to work on getting 44 BCE ready for production. We have gotten a couple of pieces back from the artists for the Emperor pledge. Below take a look at the new art for the Censor. Let us know what you think!

We have had some technical difficulties over the last week and a half with computers and networks that have delayed the opening of the pledge manager. We are working to get that rectified as soon as possible this week.

• The component review & conversion to manufacturer specifications is progressing.
• All pictures for the Emperor pledge have been collected and artwork updates are in progress.
• Board Game Arena development continues.

• Component review & conversion to manufacturer standards will be finalized and completed.
• The pledge manager (Backer Kit) will be opened within the next week.

Issues & Risks

• We have experienced some issues outside our control that have put us slightly behind schedule. We have overcome these issues, and are now working out the details to make up the ground that was lost.
• Emperor pledge artwork is running behind schedule due to some conflicts that have come up outside of our control. Once all updated artwork has been completed we will be able to finalize and submit it to the manufacturer.

One Month Progress Update

Hello friends, Romans, countrymen!

I cannot believe it has already been a month since we completed our first successful Kickstarter Campaign (thanks to you)! We have been making some steady progress towards finalizing everything for production! We have hit a few road bumps over the last month that slowed us down a bit, but we are working hard to catch up and get 44 BCE into your hands as soon as possible! Our next big step forward is that we plan to open up the pledge manager this week!

Hello friends, Romans, countrymen!

We are in the last 24 hours of the 44 BCE Kickstarter campaign!

Shipping to Australia

We have received several messages concerning shipping to Australia. I have reached out to our shipping company and we were able to work out a deal to bring the cost of shipping to Australia down to a more reasonable rate. We are very excited to announce updated shipping rates to Australia! We are now estimating that the shipping rate for Australia and New Zealand will be $27.

Stretch Goal updates

The $38K stretch goal of upgrading the cards has been officially unlocked! Yay! That means the cards will be made with a heavier cardstock as well as get a linen finish!

We are currently less than $60 away from hitting the next stretch goal, which would be developing 44 BCE for Board Game Arena!

If we really push today in our final 24 hours, we could hit our $46k stretch goal to unlock the upgraded player mats!

Origins and 44 BCE Giveaway

We had a great time at our very first Origins this year! Thank you to all of you that participated in our 44 BCE Giveaway! It was very successful, we had over 1900 entries! We drew a winner and sent out an announcement on Monday. Please continue to share 44 BCE and help us to finish our campaign strong!
